AER Compact 60 - 60W Acoustic Amplifier £549
The Compact 60 was developed after the Acousticube, on which its concept is
based and it helped substantially to break out of the 'boutique-corner'.
They were able to prove to a bigger and increasingly more interested public
that an all-round, small, powerful and yet simple complete solution for

AER Domino - 120W 4 Channel Acoustic Amplifier £759
The Domino is the answer to demands for more. more power, more volume, more
channels for bigger venues!
The Domino consists of two Compacts: two 8"-twincone speakers, two 60 watts
amps and 'four' channels (Ch3 and 4 use a combined EQ).
The AER 32 bit effects-processor - 16 presets addressable by each channel by

The Marshall AS50R is a quality amplifier that has proven to be invaluable
to a great many people. Whether you're a one man band performing at open-mic
nights or even a duo, the AS50r is a good choice for those wanting to take
their acoustic music to the stage. You get 2 channels (1 vocal and 1
instrument) with a variety of different inputs to accommodate your needs.
You even get a stereo RCA input for external audio devices so you could play
along with backing tracks, or play CD's during your set breaks
As everybody knows feedback can be harsh on the ear, and unfortunately with
acoustic music it's more likely to happen too. With lower output that its
big brother (The AS100D) that does include an Anti-Feedback System, it's
possible you could push the amp a bit too hard to accommodate for the lower
output. Having said that, the AS50R does have a D.I output so you could
always feed that to a P.A System if need be.
The AS50R is by no means quiet, and for more intimate performances or at
home, the amp does perform as you would expect, with a clear and precise
sound that's still nice and warm. Having said that, the AS50R does have a

sounding FX built in sweeten your sound.
If you're anything more than a 2 or 3 piece group, you may want to consider
purchasing a small P.A system instead which would allow you a bit more
freedom for vocals etc. However, for intimate sounding performances with say
up to 2 instruments and a vocalist, the AS100D is absolutely perfect, with
enough power to comfortably project your music at small/medium sized gigs.
